Privacy policy
Agentic Workspace Backup is a personal utility operated by one owner. It is not a multi-user workspace or a public hosting service.
Information handled
Workspace notes, jobs, schedules, project records and agent coordination data are stored on infrastructure controlled by the owner: a Windows PC and a private server. The workspace is intended to remain behind owner-only access controls.
Optional local model requests are sent to the owner’s local Ollama worker. Optional Paperclip agent runs use the machines and providers selected by the owner and are subject to their terms and settings.
If the owner enables Google Drive backup, the integration requests the drive.file scope and uses the folder selected by the owner. It transfers completed age-encrypted archives, checksums and limited status metadata. It does not send plaintext vault notes, conversations, database files, passwords, the decryption identity or OAuth refresh token through this backup flow.
Purpose and sharing
Workspace data is used to operate the owner’s private dashboard, local workflows, agent coordination and recovery process. The app does not sell data or use it for advertising, and no analytics service is configured. Google, Cloudflare, the hosting provider, browser push services and optional model or agent providers may process information as needed for services the owner chooses to enable.
Retention and control
The owner controls local and server retention, Drive copies, device notification subscriptions and whether integrations run. The uploader does not automatically delete Drive files. Revoking Google access prevents future authorization; copies already in Drive remain under the owner’s account until deleted there.
Contact
For questions, use the support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen for Agentic Workspace Backup.
This policy describes the backup integration’s intended behavior. The owner must verify a deployed configuration before enabling it.
